  • Dress Code: Cocktail attire / Black tie

What to Expect: Begin your evening with a Prosecco reception to set the festive mood, followed by an exquisite 4-course cocktail dinner party designed to delight your palate. At midnight, join us for a Prosecco countdown as we welcome 2025 in style!

Throughout the night, enjoy live jazz and swing performances from Marc Osborne, creating the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable celebration.

Menu Highlights: Our chefs have prepared a menu that combines sophistication with the comforting flavors of the season, featuring:

  • Starters: Devilled Eggs, Shrimp Cocktail, and Oysters Rockefeller.

  • Main Courses: Choose from Prime Beef Short Rib with Duchess Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables, Chicken Cordon Bleu with Celeriac Purée, or Crab Thermidor with Sautéed Potatoes and Lemon-Parsley Sauce. A vegetarian option of Quorn Chicken Noodle Soup is also available.

  • To Finish: Indulge in Red Velvet Cake and Vanilla Mousse for dessert.
